Toscana Cafe Wine - San Diego

Enjoy dinner in this Italian restaurant in the gaslamp area. it was a slower Monday, so we immediately set ourselves. the food was tasty and not spiced about what I liked.

After a long day of travel I just got into the Gas Lamp district and needed to get a quick bite to eat. The service was quick and friendly the food was amazing. The ambiance set the mood for small groups to come gather and eat together making memories. I ordered from the anti pasta section of the menu and it was amazing, cobetta, type of meatball and a NYC style cheesecake. Great place a definite do again

This place is right on gaslamp district so you cant miss it, I decided to give it a try when I saw a couple of people having steak at the out door seating. The food was okay, the bread that came out was tasty yet it felt like it was old, the steak did not feel like it was well seasoned, and the mashed potato was outright bad. I gave this place 3 stars because the service was great, I might go there again to try a few other things. But for this trip the 3 is justified.

The food was kinda bland i payed 50$ for a steak i want it to atleast have flavor with or without sauce. I get they are busy but it also took 30 min to get our drinks and just not happy sorry .

The personal here is amazing! we had such a good experience and it was so nice to rest after a long day. it is a small place, so they will feel very cozy, but eating is delicious! my only regret was not to take my rest. it was definitiw one of the best meal I had while I visited san diego.
