Brulee Milk Tea. When I ordered, they stated they ran out of milk tea and if whole milk was fine. Thinking it would be just as good, I was like, that's fine. I mean, when I get coffee at Starbucks, whole milk and oatmilk tastes the same to me in the drink. But nope. The drink tasted like whole milk with oreo crumbles in it. Why would you offer someone whole milk, if the drink is horrible? I would have appreciated it if the service would have just stated that they ran out of the milk tea and asked if we wanted something else. But nope. Offered milk with oreo crumbles. It wasn't pleasant. I most definitely won't be going back unless someone else I knew really wanted to go there (which is unlikely .They then asked if I wanted any toppings. I said just regular boba. They said they ran out. I said that's fine. They didn't offer any other toppings after that.NOTE: I am not a picky customer. This was just a really bad drink that was actually offered to me.
Got the milk tea and was very flavorful and boba pearls was very
Quick service and friendly staff? My favorite tea place in SD!!!
Great atmosphere that the wife thought was cute. The strawberry slush was delicious but the kumquat lemon tea was not. It ended up being $8.50 each which is too high for the value.
Good selection of teas that offers a little something for everyone. I tried the peach oolong tea, and was surprised to hear they don't add any sweetener to it, which was a nice change. The staff are knowledgeable about the level of sweetness each beverage contains, which is usually what makes or breaks a boba place for me.It's a bit pricey for the size in my opinion, but as far as boba in the greater convoy goes it's among the best I've tried.
