Fowls were $4 each and were quite small, I think 4 small pieces of chickens per spit. I asked our server if what I ordered (2 chicken kewers and 2 pepper kewers) was enough for me. She laughed and said that was a child. Not sure this was a joke or not, but for someone who wasn't excessively hungry, it was enough. If you bring your appetite, you need more. Rice wasn't included, but I caught some of another diner at our table. Photos show remains of the Wasabi-skewers, plum-skewers and pepper-skewers.
Kushiyaki! Chicken stick and asparagus was exceptional, pork belly was okay, but chicken breast was okay. Octopus tacowasa was really wonderful. Highly recommend!
Horrible experience. Recommended by a friend so we went there to have dinner. Learned that we need to wait for 1 hour without reservation, then we ordered to go. Some dishes we wanted were not available. Sad. ?After waiting for half an hour, we got our order. The skewers were cold and tasted not good. ?The chicken wings were tiny and HORRIBLY, there was HAIR in the meat!!! ?? check the photo for proof.
Really nice place and reasonable prices. Food was great and service was decent (though our server did not seem overly excited to be there). Can't ask for much more! Highly recommend the chicken liver and beef tongue skewers, as well as the beef bowl and spicy Japanese cucumber appetizer.
Super tasty yakitori, everything was delicious. highly suggest getting the omakase to try a bit of everything if you can?t decide. the beef in the beef bowl was soo tender and flavorful, i couldn?t stop eating it! definitely call for reservations a week in advance if you plan to dine during the weekend
