Ambros Sandwich - San Dimas

Why didn't I know about this place? I live about 5 minutes away from san dimas canyon. that will be my new Go-to-Spot, which I have absolutely swallowed her six inch turkey sandwich. Amazing

Only ok sandwiches; can do half a tuna sandwich, but not a full one?

The service was fast, the food was delicious. I have no complaints.

Absolutely awful service! The women behind the counter could not have been bothered to help a customer. Food was mediocre at best. Will never go back there. One would think a restaurant would be grateful for customers after the pandemic.

I'm not sure if it was the lack of attention from the woman working that day or if it was just an off day for her. When I received my sandwich, I had specifically asked for two items that were missing. I debated going back into the shop to ask about it, but I decided against it because it didn't seem worth it and I was unsure of what might have happened to my sandwich while I wasn't watching. I don't mean to be negative, but you never know these days. I usually like to support local businesses, but I should have followed my instincts and gone to the Subway sandwich shop nearby instead of driving two miles based on reviews. I'm giving it two stars because everyone has an off day, but the sandwich itself was nothing to write home about.
