Waba Grill - San Dimas

Great and fast customer service. I personally did not like the spicy chicken dish because I thought the chicken needed more cooking or grilling, but overall foos here is always good and super healthy.

Horrible. My husband and my pregnant self walked into this establishment an hour before closure and were told that we could not order in the store. We were told that they were only excepting online orders at that time. So we walked back to the car and placed an online order. However after I placed an online order, 2 customers walked in after us and was able to order in person at the establishment. Also the online order I purchased was not complete, I was missing items. I still got charged the full amount. This is very unacceptable. Whomever the manger is needs to retrain or hire some different employees because that type of service should not be allowed or tolerated. We paid $20 for this plate with no salad dressing on the salad. My husband ordered potstickers and fruit and did not receive either items. SMH

Very stingy on portion size compared to other locations I?ve been to. My usual go to spot is in Ontario and their servings are generous and been to many other locations and the same but I?ve been going to this location at least once a week because it?s close to where I work. I?ve just gotten fed up, not sure if management tells their employees to cut back or what but very disappointing. I?ve decided I?m going to just pick up from the Ontario waba the day before and take for lunch the next day. Also the last few times I?ve been to this location they don?t have sauces maybe a supply issue I don?t know.

Amazing food!!!! The staff are really good at their jobs!!! Very cool location if your stuck in traffic around the 210 57 fwy.... Get off This is really healthy fast food. I reccomend the sweet and sour chicken plate. Sub the orange and add salad. Extra salad dressing, and about 8 hot sauce packets. Also reccomend the Salmon plate sub the orange, add salad If your into it, ask for no dressing on the fish. Dip the fish in lemon juice. Awesome!!!! I would reccomend this Waba very highly!!! I also end up having to tip them. Hahaa,, Thanks Waba!!!

Whoever was working the afternoon shift on 4/14/2021 you rock! My order was wrong, but she went out of her way to give me a new fresh order and was very sweet! so thank you for your kindness! Mistakes happen.
