Amber Kitchen - San Francisc

Took my order online; when I arrived they were actually closed, Didn't cancel it when I called them about it; now fighting my dispute on the charge. Very shady.

Google search showed it was open….we drove about 18 miles ….?arrived and saw dim lights…name very small on the shop…then called ?the guy said it is closed not worth it ?

We ordered ahead with a fairly large order. Our card was charged immediately. We showed up more than an hour before the posted closing and there was no one there and two eviction notices on the door. Don’t order from here, you wont get your food.

I've had more terrible experiences here than pleasant. Three times out of the last four I have had issues with my credit card being charged but never received any food. Would call the restaurant and they say they've never got an order from me.Will never go here again and will tell anyone who will listen to never go here again.

Horrible attitude, no English. Ordered food, arrived 12 minutes later. The genius working in the restaurant only knew the words closed...we closed...closed...we closed . I explained they 've already taken my order, to which he responded closed...closed . Hope they 're not in business much longer, don 't need places like this around.
