Good gastronomic experience I remembered the burgers of my country, good attention and in the center of San Fransisco

Solid 3/5. Had a spicy Jack burger and it was decent. The vanilla shake unfortunately wasn’t very good the best way to describe it was that it tasted more like ice than cream. Be aware that your burger may come with the secret monkey sauce regardless of whether it’s mentioned on the menu… I am very grateful that the staff was nice enough to remake my burger once I learned this, but it really should be included in the menu description. 5 stars on service.

They won’t let you use bathroom without ordering food.

Hit or miss. First time I came here it was much better. Burger flavor was fine but it didn’t have the crisp it did last time. Fries were half crinkle cut half regular. Regular ones were good but the crinkles were really limp and not fresh. I assume they were sitting from a prior batch.

Hands down, one of the best burgers I’ve had in the Bay Area!!! A new favorite when craving an authentic burger with crinkle-cut fries accompanied by a cold Coke.
