The sandwiches at this restaurant are amazing and they are willing to make alterations as well! The Italiano sandwich is especially delicious, with rich mortadella and well-spiced hot coppa. I recommend getting everything on it, including pickled jalapenos. Ms. Kim greeted me warmly when I entered the shop and we had a nice conversation while she made me a small sandwich on a fresh 8 or 9-inch French roll. The sandwich included all the classic vegetables and they were all fresh. It was priced at less than $9 and was excellent, making it a great value. I also noticed some fresh kimchi in the refrigerator. Ms. Kim mentioned that the shop has stayed consistent for 35 years, and I hope they continue to keep things the same because everything was perfect.
