Soup was FANTASTIC- the meat was so tender and the broth was seasoned to perfection. Lots of love went into that soup. Homemade chips and salsa also were a hit and there salsa picante had a very complimentary flavor with the dishes. Would recommend for anyone looking for some authentic, heart warming, soup
Heck of a good Michelada with plenty of powder spice dripping from the rim and in the glass they add a combination of Worcester, Clamato, Tapatio, and a house special blend served in an ice cold goblet. The ceviche was also very good with a big portion of pulpo (octopus). Nice space overall with friendly staff and the tunes you would expect in such a restaurant including soccer channel permanently on the tv. The quesabirria is also a sizzling masterpiece of flavor.
Got food poisoning.. For a week i was very ill from the food. Looks and taste great but it made me sick. Sorry
New review: Keep walking. The menu may be the same, but the quality has gone downhill over time. Reheated food; frozen food? It is funky... maybe it's me and my guests, but the last 2 times here was enough, especially for the quality/value proposition... no need to go back. There are plenty of other authentic places offering home-style Mexican meals.
