They also give a very healthy portion of chicken karaage. I liked their black garlicThe ramen wasn't life changing but can you really complain at this price point? Definitely a spot I'd come back.
Affordable, delicious ramen served by friendly and attentive staff. Great neighborhood spot for getting a bite to eat after work.
Wow! This is the worst ramen I’ve had in San Francisco. I feel horrible saying that, because the presentation was beautiful and the staff were nice, but it really was exceptionally bad. My egg was *frozen* on the inside. My chicken karaage ramen had no flavor until I added chili oil to it. I got charged for an extra egg (which I asked for) but it was not in my ramen (which I guess is good, considering the one egg that I received was frozen). Honestly, I would’ve rather had my 75 cent ramen at home than this. There are many, many higher quality options to choose from in the city. I’m so sorry!
Solid place for ramen! Been here a few times and always ordered ramen since they do it so well here. Service is efficient, friendly and courteous. Ordered various items (Gyoza comes with 6 was too eager and already ate some before taking a photo).
Appetizers were excellent (takoyaki, fried squid). Ramen was also excellent. We tried the black and red garlic tonkotsu ramen. It has all the things you look for in a good ramen savory broth, tender noodles, some protein and a good egg. My egg was somehow cold but it had that great gooey yolk texture still. All in all, enjoyed eating here.
