Poor chicken quality. tastes like chicken flavored gumParking: On the street. Available couple of spots

Went to KFC after a long flight after returning to San Francisco only to see one of them. Employees dropped the lid On the floor reached down and picked it up and pass it to another employee as they continue to fill up the plastic bowls for meals. Disgusting unsanitary and not a safe or clean in and out dining place to go. Whether it's fast food or not. I guess the woman thought just because of her shape of her body that no one would say anything about her. Dropping a plastic bowl on the floor then when comprehended about it, she tried to lie and say that she swept it under the floor was her foot and thatt plastic bowl was underneath. When brought to the cashier's attention she thand by lingually. We're speaking in Spanish. Trying to explain herself. When I understood exactly what she was saying. And I told them just to look at the camera and you would see that. She dropped it on the floor and passed it right to her. Unsanitary, if they're dropping plastic bowls. I could just imagine what they're doing to the food when no one lookking. On top of that, they didn't even refund me my money or throw in an extra piece of chicken. I was told that the chicken would be done in 3 minutes after this short altercation. My chicken was done immediately. The chicken was not done once I got home. I will never, ever order. Take out from k f c location.

KFC never disappoints! Whether I'm craving their classic crispy fried chicken or wanting to indulge in a hearty sandwich, they always hit the spot. The chicken is always perfectly seasoned and cooked to crispy perfection, making each bite a delightful experience. Their sides, from the creamy mashed potatoes to the flavorful coleslaw, complement the meal perfectly. The service is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is always welcoming. Whenever I'm looking for a satisfying and delicious meal, KFC is my go to choice. Consistently great food and service a solid five stars!

The chicken here isn’t great, wings a little soggy, have had better kfc around the world. Will give credit to the lovely lady that served me though.

Don’t hesitate to check your chicken before you go. Their chicken sits for hours under heat lamps and often terribly dried out. Send chicken back and ask for newly made. Kinda greasy and loud with a 3 car parking lot. Lol!
