Ladle Leaf - San Francisc

A place where you can avoid the rain on a rainy day but soak bread in warm soup while listening to the sound of rain. I starved for 14 hours and ate two by myself. The chicken chowder soup and tomato basil bisque were both excellent. I wish it was there in Korea too.

While visiting the offices at One California building in San Francisco, I stopped off to grab a sandwich at Ladle Leaf. The cafe offers both sandwiches and soups. The cafe has no indoor seating but offers exterior seating. The cafe also has salads, beverages, and half order of sandwiches. The Embarcadero Ferry Building is conveniently located.

My favorite grab-n-go lunch spot in downtown San Francisco. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious!

Got a few wilty leaves in my salad bowl. Perhaps the place should be called “ladle wilty leaf” instead

For a quick meal and your headed to Union Square, give this place a try. Fresh, tasty food (Thai-peanut salad was my pick) and corn chowder great choices.
