THE ABSOLUTE BEST MEXICAN FOOD I'VE EVER HAD!!!! I eat Mexican food everywhere I go and have never had a more flavorful bite of Mexican food in my entire life. I will absolutely be back. I haven't checked this place out, you're missing out out on a true gem!

Oh my word, is this place real??? I kept expecting Guy Fieri to walk out and ask me about my meal (it is that good). I discovered Roll Up last week during a wrestling tournament at Widefiled Highschool and have already been back, but this time with my family. The food is off the hook, super flavorful and huge portions. I HIGHLY recommend the loaded fires with carnitas. We also tried breakfast fires, biscuits and gravy, breakfast toys and wonton nachos. All of it was amazing! The kids are already planning a trip back.

10/10!!!! I had the jalapeño cream cheese egg rolls and the chicken bacon ranch sandwich w fries. It was so much food I could barely eat 1/4 of it and everything was fantastic! The food also came out faster than most fast food restaurants, which I greatly appreciated. Yum

Super clean and modern. Staff very friendly. We shared the Sausage Dippers and Bacon Breakfast Burrito. Delicious!! Salsas very good, and the gravy, OMG. Big portions and amazing flavors. Wish we had discovered it sooner. Will definitely return to try new dishes.

This is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Colorado Springs. During my first visit to Roll Up, I tried the Carne Asada street tacos and the Jalapeño Popper egg rolls, and I was blown away by how incredible the whole meal was. I found myself exclaiming how amazing everything was with every single bite. The poppers were absolutely delicious, and we just couldn't get enough of them. The service was fast and exceptionally friendly. Overall, this has been one of the best meals I've had since moving to Colorado Springs, and I will definitely be coming back for more!
