Starbucks - San Francisc

~There 's something magical that keeps me always coming back to this Starbucks, whether it be the relaxing atmosphere or excellent customer service(for the most part). It seems one can always grab a coffee, take a seat, stare off into the streets of Philly or buckle down into some work on a laptop. I usually order the Nariño 70 Cold Brew, which is handcrafted in small batches daily, slow-steeped in cool water for 20 hours, without touching heat. If you 're a coffeesseur you will definitely be able to taste the difference comparable to a regular iced coffee. One day i was feeling a little under the weather decided to try out the Green Tea Crème Frappuccino which is blended with sweetened premium matcha green tea, milk ice powder in order to give a boost to my immune system. Unfortunately the barista goofed up on the first drink, but went above beyond to redeem herself by giving a 4$ gift card the extra drink. I was on cloud 9! Unfortunately, once again, I went back to use the 4$ gift card for a cold brew, a different barista made the drink absolutely horrid..hopefully this does not become a habit, as I will have to find another coffee spot. The Don approves of this establishment will be back

Big store not enough people working. They were very busy but the service was slow due to the lack of stuff.

My friend and I were waiting for her drink for 20 minutes. Every time we went up to someone to ask them about our drink they said they were making it now but we still had to wait 20 minutes for one drink. The other customers kept coming in and getting their drinks while the workers made us wait. When they finally gave my friend her drink it was the WRONG DRINK. We couldn?t get it fixed or changed because we were going to be late for work. THESE WORKERS DON?T TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION WHOSE TIME THEY ARE WASTING WHEN THEY REFUSE TO MAKE THEIR DRINKS

Every time I come to this location the start here is amazing!! Everyone is always smiling and promoting excellent customer service. As a manager working in the service industry as well I would be proud to work under this team . Thank you Starbucks market street !!! You rock

Only thing is it taste like they let my espresso shots sit out.
