Update: Thank you for the reply, Taishoken! I look forward to having the ramen the next time I'm in. I have been coming here for the two years they have been open and, for some reason, they decided to eliminate their signature ramen as well as a few other items that I ordered. They also pulled the classic SF restaurant move of the last year and increased prices (by $2 or $3 per entree) and decreased portions. If you are looking at the majority of ramen pics in the photos, that is no longer available (the tsukemen is still the same, but from $20 to $23).
Edit: they brought back some of the pork ramens but not the Spicy one that was really good I guess I just won’t be back. The waitress seemed to intentionally try to gaslight me like it didnt exist before wouldn’t see if they could still make it. We left. Was 5 stars. With their 2 year anniversary, the new menu is middle of the pack when it used to be outstanding. The chicken ramen is ‘meh’ at best. Bring back the pork!
Went in for dinner for 1. Ordered Shio Chuka Soba and karaage. Seemed to be the popular choice- every other person ordered the same around me. Karaage was good and the ramen was decent. Wouldn't be my first choice of ramen for this place. The highlight of my order though was the Suntory- Premier Malt beer. Very cold and crisp.
Spectacular ramen! The Tonkotsu ramen was top notch and service was prompt, professional, and very warm.
