The best carnitas in town are reasonably priced and they also offer the best taco salads. This restaurant is our go-to place for Mexican food every time.

There was a long line out the door, which was a promising sign, but it moved fairly quickly. I ordered the carne asada tacos, which were delicious and came with a really good salsa. I also tried the horchata, which was pretty good. The restaurant is within walking distance of Dolores Park.
