The Velvet Raven - San Francisc

I don't know if there was a different barista when I visited, but the reviews do not match the standard of the latte served. It was easily the worst coffee I had in SF. The drink was pure milk foam with a shot of espresso.Never coming back.

I was THRILLED to find the Velvet Raven! I used to work in South Park and was really sad to see most of the restaurants closed. I had time in-between appointments and popped in and then went back to conduct my zoom call. Great atmosphere, awesome coffee, delicious scone and wonderful owner!!

Yikes, this place is REALLY NICE. The coffee is excellent, along with the pastries. The service is also excellent.

What a gem this place is! Was surprised by this delicious tasting consisting of 6 pairings (it’s usually 5). Enjoyable and pleasurable can’t even begin to describe it.

My secret spot in South Park. The owner crafts delicious and gorgeous chocolates. Great to pair with wine. Brunch here is always lovely. I’ve enjoyed the French toast on a few occasions. Very welcoming owner and atmosphere.
