A significant warning sign is when the positive reviews don't come from locals! AIC offers very poor food, service, and ambiance. It may be overpriced, but New Delhi just around the corner is a much better choice. There are also several reliable old-school restaurants like Shalimar, Red Chili, and Pakwan that are well worth visiting.

Stop looking for food and head over here or place an order! I got takeout through DoorDash, and I have to say that usually takeout can lose some of its freshness during delivery— but not this time. This was the best biryani I've ever tasted. Trust me, you need to go here now!

Authentic Indian cuisine with a variety of vegan and plant-based options. The server was attentive and kind. They even offer refreshing herbs to enjoy after your meal. I highly recommend it; the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable.

We ordered Pesto Paneer, Chole Bhatura, Bukhara Kofta, Garlic Naan Tandoori Roti. Sounds like Indian food, but the food here sucks. Anyone giving this place more than 2 stars does not know anything about what delicious Indian food is supposed to taste like. Even the table napkins smelled like puke. There's no way I'm coming here again, or recommending to anyone either.

We are visiting San Francisco and happened to go into this awesome Indian restaurant that was close to our hotel. The amazing hostess/ server Nisha welcomed us in and took great care of us. We ordered chicken biryani, bhindi, butter paneer. Everything we ordered was really tasty. We strongly recommend this restaurant.
