Peking duck is not made peking style. It just roast duck, with Peking duck price. Salt and pepper shrimp were served with the shells and head still in tacked. Not a dish if you want to have while enjoying a conversation amongst friends. Steam rice was dry and not fluffy. How can you call yourself a Chinese restaurant if you can not make fluffy rice? Our water was never filled, we had constantly wave the waiter down. Chopsticks were not clean. Dim sum were tasty. May go back for the dim sum only, but not for dinner. The price is bit higher that most restaurants in the same caliber.
We were visiting from Houston and the food was fantastic! The service was attentive without being too overbearing.
No one on the staff was very happy. The food was average. The seating was hard. Given the reviews I thought it would be much better. It was just average.
Really enjoyed this meal. The language barrier create service which wasn’t perfect, but that ended up being part of the fun. The food was a traditional Americanized-Chinese, but it was a very good version of that cuisine. I would go back. Tiger prawns were difficult due to them being fried shell-on. Everything else was top notch.
