Great beef noodles but never order the side dishes as they are very expensive.
They are a really small mom and pop noodle place right across the street from the old Mercedes benz shop. The parking here is definitely tough. They have a very simple menu. The first page is the 4 set item. This means you can choose 4 items on the menu, which includes meat, sides, and veggies. Then, you move onto the noodle section and last the seasoning.I choose the beef tendon, beef brisket, and thin egg noodles. With the Mala soup. But the soup was decent, noting too special. It was not spicy at all, and the soup was cold. The flavor was not there for me. But the wonton were really good and reminds me of China.
Beef brisket and tendon with lo mein. Tendon were great, brisket were a little overcooked for most cantonese dishes standard. Milk tea was OK. Would go back to try brisket in soup noodles or curry only. Tendon were great tho
My friend Ken knew the owner, Greg and highly recommended this place as they are known to have some really authentic HK cuisine. The HK Style wonton soup was delicious!! The wontons had bursts of flavor. I also had a custom bowl that had braised broth, pork belly, cuttle fish balls and chives. The portions were huge!!! We also had the chicken wings and it was seriously one of the best chicken wings I've ever had. The sauce was perfect of quality of meat was great. Also to top if off cold milk tea was phenomenal. Perfect balance of sweet and savory. Same goes for the pudding shown in the picture. Chinese desserts just get it right. Try it out!! It was a pleasure to meet you Greg, thanks for hosting us! P.S make sure to leave your mark on the wall such as what I did! Raquel
