Cheese Plus - San Francisco

This cheese shop has a relaxed vibe and offers a lovely little breakfast and coffee window. There's also patio seating available, which is great!

I ordered my sandwich without tomatoes and it came with them and was missing one of the meats advertised. My sandwich was also bagged with another group’s order after taking 15 minutes to make when there was no line. Rude service at the front. I expect more from a $15 sandwich. Seems like missing ingredients is a common issue here…I will not be returning.

What an incredible place! They offer a fantastic selection of European wines and cheeses, along with fresh bread and other specialty items. On my last visit, I chose a variety of Spanish cheeses, fresh bread, and a German wine from Paso Robles, and it surpassed the meal I had at an $800 restaurant the night before. My guests were so pleased that they didn't want anything else! I can't wait to return soon for my next party—cheese platter city, here I come!

I paid $15 for a ham and cheese sandwich, but it didn’t even have the pork in it. What a disappointing version of a cubano.
