I absolutely adore this place! They offer an incredible variety of cheeses and the handcrafted sandwiches are delightful. The staff is not only friendly but also exceptionally knowledgeable. It's important to support small, independently owned shops like this to help maintain the unique character of San Francisco. There’s truly a distinct difference between businesses like this and the large corporate stores.

I really enjoy the walk-up coffee and sandwich bar. There’s plenty of outdoor seating for a nice lunch experience. The coffee was good, and the caprese sandwich was delicious. The bread was of excellent quality. Overall, it's a great spot for a quick and enjoyable lunch.

This is an excellent spot for all your bread and charcuterie needs. Their sandwiches are quite tasty as well!

This store is seriously so cute. Stopped here to get a coffee. Everyone was friendly and the coffee was pretty good. I'd come back.

It’s nice to have a fine food shop in my own neighborhood. That’s what Cheese Plus is to me. I can stroll over and find products from all over the world. Charcuterie, condiments and sweets. But where this place shines is the cheese selection of course. You can approach the cold case or refrigerated section and pick up what you want. You can get advice from the cheese staff based on your taste. Or the shop can compose a cheese platter for your home or for a gift. They also have a Cheese of the Month club and can ship anywhere in the country. Choices, choices. I often stop by because CP does nicely composed sandwiches; has a coffee takeout window; and sells tasty pastries from local bakeries. You could almost say this shop is a triple plus! The owner told me today Cheese Plus has been here in Russian Hill for 15 years! Wow! For the quality, variety and family-like ambiance, let’s give it our support.
