Chipotle Mexican Grill - San Francisco

This restaurant is everything you would expect from a Chipotle, but even better. The ingredients are fresher, the portions are more reasonable, and the ambiance is superior to your typical chain restaurant. It's a fantastic spot to people-watch and indulge in a big burrito to lift your spirits.

A lot of people came after the WALK FOR LIFE event. The staff handled it incredibly well! Wonderful people, thank you!! Update: it has been a year and we returned! Excellent service and the bathrooms were spotless. The food was outstanding.

The food at this restaurant is good, the prices are fair, and the service is just okay. It's a reliable option for a quick lunch if you work in the financial district and want to avoid fast food. Manage your expectations and you'll have a decent experience.

The restaurant staff was impolite. They were supposed to open at 10:45, but I had to wait outside until nearly 11am when they finally opened. The girl serving the food was incredibly rude and refused to provide any extra toppings or sauces.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant today. My pickup order was wrong and when I opened it, the guacamole was disgusting (see attached pic). It was black and runny, not something I've ever seen before. I brought it to the attention of the shift lead, who was unapologetic and claimed that it was just how the guacamole looks. This makes me concerned about the food safety at this location. The manager was also unphased and rude.
