Chou Chou Bistro - San Francisco

The love of Chou, especially after the redesign and renovation of the menu that took place a few years ago. A fantastic bistro with delicious food, good wine options and beautiful service. Go here, but don't take my place!!

Quiet neighborhood restaurant in Forest Hill. Three course prix fixed meal for $65 is an amazing bargain. A variety of delicious appetizers, hearty main dishes and sweet desserts. The wine list has a solid selection. Service was friendly, knowledgeable.

The last time we ate Chou Chou was good over six years ago. We didn't return because we were unimpressed. We went back last night after some friends snapped over it, and thought we'd give him another shot. We are happy. The prix fixed three-course at $65 was great to choose with plenty of choice from each course. We will definitely return. Suggestions: Turn the heat a little down and put the lights on a dimmer and dim them.
