Chutney - San Francisco

If you like indian food I dont think you can find any place better than here to go BUT it is not clean. Honestly is not even bearable! I wish I ordered to go! We ordered masala sauce, garlic nan, lamb biryani and fish tanduri fish! The taste was amazing! All food were super good and the price is more than affordable. I deeply wish they were more clean!

I admit I have a difficult time picking between the trifecta of Pakistani food on this street Shalimar, Chutney and Pakwan. But I really come to Chutney for their Tandoori fish, juicy chunky fatty basa steaks that just hit the spot.

The best Indian spot in all of America! Unfortunately, it's in one of the worst neighborhoods in San Francisco but fear not it's so worth the walk from your parking spot. Been going for years and have never been dissatisfied. Authentic and amazing food!
