Cool Cravings - San Francisco

I usually don't write reviews, but I believe this experience needs to be shared. As I began eating my Cobb salad, I noticed that the lettuce appeared to be unwashed. Upon closer inspection, I found not one, but three bugs in my salad. I was too disturbed to continue eating and decided to send it back. I will only give this restaurant two stars because I have had good experiences here in the past. Unfortunately, after this incident, I do not plan on returning.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant shortly after my lunch break. The food was excellent - fresh and delicious! The service was top-notch as well, with friendly and clean surroundings. I would give it a 10/10 rating. Many thanks and I hope to visit again soon!

Scam on “Deal”Half sandwich and half salad is 9$ then becomes 15$. certain items cost more then others due to ingredients which is understandable, but when you upcharge at checkout because of certain items you picked that are part of the deal, you are lying on your own deal. Should be noted on the menu, owner knows about it and still does nothing to change it

One of the few places around for a fresh pressed juice! So many options for veggies and prepared right in front of you. Let’s just say, if it were on the way home from work I would get it every day!

I entered the restaurant eager for a delicious hot burrito while my daughter was craving teriyaki. Unfortunately, when our food arrived, it was hot but tasteless. After just 10 minutes, we were still hungry and disappointed with the quality of the food. I regretted choosing this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone.
