The chicken wrap was not the best; the wrap was made of tandoori roti and it was a mouthful and then really very little chicken pieces inside and full of lettuce. Compared to other restaurants who charge minimum $15 per food item, this place has good tasting food and lower prices.
I ordered Chicken Tandoori Biryani and it was delicious. The chicken was so soft and juicy. Although this Biryani is pretty different in taste and in presentation than most Biryanis No raita and spicy curry on the side and also seems to have some tomatoes I felt. Try their chicken tandoori, you’ll love the way it’s presented The owner is very kind and friendly. This is a very old family owned restaurant who belong from Lahore. I believe the lighting in the restaurant can be improved, it feels a bit dark, there is a mess of wires and electronic systems visible from many tables and the restaurant walls needs to be painted. So no cozy or romantic vibes!
Small and affordable food, yet very delicious. Owner is very friendly. Highly recommended . Vibes/coziness could have been better, but I guess, with this price point and their target customers, it is still okay.
Pakistani food could not be more authentic than what this place makes. I love the beef-bendi beef mixed cooked with okra) and Lamb bendi with plain nan.I have tried lots of Pakistani restaurants, but the food in Darbar is so authentic that I can’t miss. I drive 40-45 to get there. The food tastes so local. Love this place!
Family oriented restaurant that serves traditional Pakistani/Indian cuisine. Food came out quick and was a filling meal for a great price. Server was also fantastic
