Fang - San Francisco

This restaurant is fantastic. I truly believe that the FAANG companies were named after it. The soup was delicious and the dumplings were amazing.

During my visit to San Francisco in January 2023, I decided to try Kathy Fang's restaurant following my experience at House of Nanking (refer to my previous review). I was eager to see what her place had to offer.

Fantastic place! The chef/owner came up to my family, asked if we had allergies, and what kind of flavors we liked. Then he asked, do you trust me? Custom menu just for us, and it was amazing!! Looking forward to our next food adventure there!
