Heartland - San Francisco

I'm never bored when I come to this restaurant chain because of their unique and well-prepared menu. The Rabizzi brand fake meat was the best I've ever had, and I also enjoyed the sticky rice tamale with Cassia seeds. The tea tree was a refreshing beverage option as well. These dishes are unlike anything I've seen elsewhere in the USA.

The restaurant and its owners are incredibly friendly! They offer a wide variety of vegan Asian meats, dried mushrooms, teas, organic snacks, personal care products, beverages, and even reusable travel cups. While some of the cookies and desserts are vegan, it's important to check the labels carefully. The staff is very helpful and willing to assist if you have any questions about cooking or ingredients.

I'm easily bored except when I'm here for the changing, often medicinal, prepared foods that I haven't seen anywhere else in the US such as: 1. Cedar Shooting Paste (Toona) 2. Rabizzi brand fake meat (best I've had 3. sticky Rice tamale with cassia seeds 4. Tea tree oil
