The burrito at this restaurant is excellent! Even the vegan scientist Echo understood the vegan options available. In addition to the delicious burrito, the menu offers a variety of other options such as vegan veggie fajitas and tofu tacos.

My partner decided to check out this restaurant out of curiosity. He thought he could just order a bean burrito and make sure they didn't add cheese, but he was pleasantly surprised to discover they offered a tofu option! You can get a burrito with tofu, beans, rice, sauteed peppers, onions, mushrooms, and other vegetables. I have visited a few times since then to try the food and it is excellent! They understand exactly what you want when you ask for tofu without cheese or sour cream, and they include guacamole at no extra charge. They offer free unlimited chips if you dine in, as well as a salsa bar. There is ample seating available or you can take your food to go. The prices are very reasonable.

La.xomid is delicious, ideal for making a stop and refueling. The place has a lot of room for improvement.

Sadly, this restaurant is becoming a franchise. Lack of depth to its recipe’s flavors. And while I know prices are up the $20 burrito just isn’t Hi on my list of things to come back for.

The staff was incredibly friendly and walked me through their new menu. They hand make their corn tortillas in house, and their al pastor is delicious.
