In a world of rather stable airport terminal food options mumfresh was a true standout. it is a Vietnamese restaurant within the security terminal, which has everything from pho to banh mi, essentially offers a great selection of Vietnamese food for the interested traveling. and to supplement that their prices are actually very reasonable and do not seem extremely inflated, as many care-controlling airport terminals are. good performance and quality also!
When I walked in and order my chicken sandwich. There was a lady cleaning a floor and food trays, of course she had gloves on.
I'm Vietnamese and have tried pho in the US and Vietnam. This is by far the most mediocre attempt at making pho 16) by non-vietnamese cooks. I think they're Thai/Cambodian. The broth lacked depth and flavor. It just tastes like boiled water. The thinly sliced beef were all clumped together to form a thick slice of beef. The only saving grace were the noodles--which to be fair isn't hard to screw up.
It’s ok. Expensive for the quality but what can you expect at the airport. At least, there is soup and variety on the menu.
