Worse service ever.... I don't think the Cashier speak English well enough to take the orders. I've to repeat my order three times, and guess what, it's still wrong..... I ask for 50% ice and regular sweet. She made other way around. I've waited my popcorn chicken more then 30 minutes. She didn't even realize that she didn't bring the ticket to the kitchen until I ask for it. And no apologies at all.... BTW, this is not the first time it happens.....

Very good! Got the Matcha Milk tea with Lychee pop on 75% sugar. Only $6! Unheard of in this city. The yeah is very good and they loaded up the jelly. Only thing I’d with they offered pop as well but that’s neither here nor there. Really like that they offer sugar percentages that way you can get your preferred sweetness.

On a scale of 0 to 10 for work efficiency and hustle, I would rate the worker a 2. He kept flicking hair out of his face every 10 seconds, was extremely slow, and seemed unsure about how to make the drinks. Perhaps he was a trainee in his first week? If that's the case, then where was the person supposed to be training him? I was completely baffled; if I had known I would have to wait 40 minutes for a simple drink, I could have gone to the store myself to buy milk and grass jelly. A group came in after me and ordered four drinks, while one of their friends arrived shortly after with his drink from another store. Smart guy. They really need to staff efficiently during lunch hours; customers want to be in and out quickly. Waiting 40 minutes for such a basic order is outrageous. Your drinks are good, but they're definitely not worth that kind of wait.

I ordered exactly what I wanted using the convenient kiosk. The location is great and the restaurant is clean. The large size portion is enormous! Food: 5/5

The tea was delicious, and the honey boba was far superior to what I've had at other places. Food: 5/5.
