Papa John's Pizza - San Francisco

We found an entire caterpillar in our pepper that comes with your pizza. I know there's not really anything papa johns can do about something inside a pepper.. but I am so grossed out I can never order papa johns again.

Pizza had been dropped, seal broken, could not eat, meal ruined.

Need to do something about the small Spanish lady in the front. Everytime I come here she gives me a hard time for no reason. I'll admit she is a good worker when it comes to timeliness and attentiveness but she always got a bad attitude and makes bad remarks as I leave. I had another problem here last year, guy purposely did not make my order when he told me 10 minutes, I waited 30 minutes and just left. Why does this Papa Johns never hire the correct people? I don't know

The worst and rude customer service in my life... i order pizza and wings for delivery ......... The pizza was not cooked and I had stomach ache after eating pizza and I order 32 piece wings but I got poppers..I Cal to the store and no one answer my cal fifth time answered and when I am talking they hung up...it was ridiculous and bad attitude..never recommend this place..
