Petit Marlowe - San Francisco

I arrived for my OpenTable reservation on Valentine's Day only to find the restaurant dark and closed.

The restaurant canceled all reservations without notifying their customers due to a corporate booking. We witnessed four other couples being turned away without any assistance. They claimed it was OpenTable's fault, saying that the date should have been blocked out. However, OpenTable seems unaware of this mess. I won't be booking at Petit Marlowe again, and I will also stop using OpenTable.

Despite receiving emails confirming the reservation, when we got to the restaurant, we were informed they were closed for a private event. No explanation provided.

Really cute and cozy ambiance, definitely a smaller restaurant so would recommend making reservations! The food was really delicious we tried the oysters, Hamachi Crudo, Di Stefano Burrata and the crab melt.

Dined there for Mother’s Day. Fun menu, great service. Would recommend.
