Love the prawns and couscous entree the spice blend of the sauce is unique and flavorful and the shrimp are cooked perfectly just done. Hoping to try more from here or to visit the actual store soon.
I had been eagerly awaiting the reopening of Radio Africa Kitchen since the start of the pandemic, so I was thrilled to discover that they are now open for dine-in service. The food was, as always, fantastic. The flavors were complex yet incredibly delicious. For the first time, I tried their vegetable tagine, and it was outstanding. I loved the variety of vegetables included, such as green beans, exquisite cauliflower, carrots, squash, and delightful black-eyed peas! Each vegetable had its own distinct flavor, but they all blended together beautifully in one dish. The prawn couscous was also a treat. The chef was generous with the prawns, which were all fresh and flavorful! The food was so wonderful that I ended up ordering two more dishes to take home for dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys creative, modern, healthy, and delicious African cuisine!
Ahhhh, now THIS is SOULFOOD. My taste buds were tantalized by the delicious dishes! I had the prawns, spinach and couscous dish with the beets side salad. Absolute perfection. The chef (owner) was warm and welcoming. I came for the 1st Tuesdays Spoken Word event. It was cozy and warm inspiring. I'll be back.
