San Francisco Soup Company

In the new shopping center by city target, this food court has a great selection overall. If you're looking for a quick bite with quality ingredients and healthy options, San Francisco Soup Company is a good spot to try. Quite a variety in sandwiches and soups but I'd recommend sticking with the soups personally. All of the chowders are the best, in my opinion.

They have a nice variety of soups and fun menu combinations. The menu is user friendly showing vegetarian soups, etc.. The service could be a little bit better in terms of helpfulness and quickness. A couple of times when I've come the staff have been in their own worlds ignoring me and other customers.

Inexpensive, quick, conveniently located near Union square/shopping in the SF Westgate Shopping mall next to the Powell BART station (lower level). All the gluten free soups are clearly marked. I've never been sick from eating there. It's really nice to be able to go out shopping and then stop for a quick, tasty, and safe bite to eat. Mostly I just get the tortilla soup. It's not the best tortilla soup ever but still really tasty and filling. Basically exactly what I need when I'm out and about.

I had a custom Thai chicken salad, it was well made and tasty. the person serving was genuinely friendly and the service was fast
