Contribuisci feedbackThis place only gets two stars from me because they served me food even though I arrived before their official opening time. Other than that I felt really unwelcome and felt as if they wanted me to leave as soon as possible. I also want to echo some of the previous comments on the “food arrangement” I received my Miso in a coffee cup with a lid and my entree in a to-go plastic box. The food wasn’t that good either. All in all I wouldn’t go back to this place.
I had the lunch deluxe box. It was great. I’ve eaten here now three times every time I come to San Francisco from LA. I go to the ferry Building Farmers Market, then here for lunch as it is so much cheaper than anything across the street and more delicious than most. It’s a mom/pop business I am happy to support.
The sushi and udon at this restaurant are fantastic. Remember to bring your vaccination card as proof.
I had a very positive experience when I visited Sushi Kinta. The restaurant is currently operating at limited capacity due to Covid-19. There are only 5 tables with 2 seats each, as well as a small window counter with 4 chairs. My favorite dishes were the sweet rolls and California rolls. The owners are generous with their portion sizes and include a free cup of miso soup with every order. I found it unique that the restaurant offers both hot and cold tea options. The sushi at Sushi Kinta is very fresh and service is quick. I recommend stopping by for a visit.
The best Japanese food in the city. I don't know if they're just trying to profit from tourists who aren't familiar with Japanese eating, but the quality of the food is not to pare to the contrary or to any contrary. a few months ago at my lunch break I decided to try the lunch box. the hen looked out and tasted as if it was cooked twice and sat under the sun, tasted the Californian roll and smells fishy and the tempura was obviously from a package. I wanted to give them the advantage of a second attempt, today, I ordered the Deluxe Lunch Bento box again. again the same results. I do not know whether it is due to lack of customers during the pandemic, it seems that they sell food orders that are just sitting around, hoping that a day will be sold.
