Taraval Okazu Ya - San Francisco

This place isn't swanky but the food is. The staff is amazing and have so much personality. I always trust them and their sushi specials they never dissapoint. Great fish great times.

This is the neighborhood hit for a sushi restaurant. Always excellent service and fresh, delicious food! Have the Blue fin Toro if you can, it's absolutely divine!

Good Japanese food with reasonable price. Recommend the Ling Cod dinner special. It is served on hot plate and the fish is tasted very tender. Cherry blossom roll is also great. The eel roll is ok, but not great.

So.. it's not exactly Sushi.. in that the standards for cleanliness, organization and quality are not there... They are very nice and the service was great!!Food: 2/5

Great food, large portions when shrinkflation is in effect everywhere else, and phenomenal service from the staff. Definitely way more bang for your buck compared to comparable restaurants.Food: 5/5
