Every coin-op game we played ate two quarters before accepting payment and while there are signs everywhere saying you can ask to get that change back, good luck getting any attention on a packed Friday night. Ultimately it was the unnecessarily sassy attitude from both the bouncer and the bartender killed the mood.Their food is pretty good and there’s an eclectic mix of options but the drinks are only average, if overpriced, and at $14 for a sickly sweet margarita they are definitely overpriced.unless you’re specifically wedded to going out in the castro, i don’t see why you wouldn’t just go to emporium on divis to drink and play games. it’s a cheaper, bigger venue with more bars, bartenders, games, and overall room to actually walk around.

Cool arcade bar with excellent drinks and food.I recommend visiting this place if you’re into tater tot’s, arcade games, and a bopping arcade vibe.

Cute arcade with mostly working machines and ok drinks. the bartenders are so miserable tho, the white dude with a cap rolled his eyes to my friends like 3 times when they asked about the smash tournament and got drinks ? just a weird vibe all around lolthankfully we didn’t let this ruin our first visit to SF since everybody else in every other bar/rest was so nice and professional.anyway, they have a few good old school arcade machines like The Simpsons, Metal Slug, Time Crisis and Soul Calibur which is always a win in my book but just keep in mind you might be treated weirdly if you’re visiting or have an accent. ??‍

Cool games and really awesome staff. The food is a bit pricey but taste stellar.

Great energy, drinks, games, comic wallpaper, bathrooms, people. went here on my birthday for the wednesday night drag trivia and unfortunately came too late so missed that but will definitely be going back for the different night of the week events! feels like a welcoming, safe, and happy queer space
