--- I started my meal with a Caesar salad and some toasted garlic bread. The salad was just what I expected, while the garlic bread was freshly made, boasting a delightful aroma and flavor. For my first dish, I ordered a combination of half spaghetti and half ravioli, followed by a mouthwatering clam, garlic, and pesto pizza. The pizza truly impressed me with its thin crust loaded with clams — the balance of flavors was exceptional, something I don’t say often about pizza. **Pros:** - Thin-crust, wood-fired pizza — a definite yes! - The Caesar dressing is above average and bursting with flavor. - The service was quick and attentive. **Cons:** - Located in a less desirable part of town (although that's not the restaurant’s fault). - A bit on the pricey side. - The ravioli was slightly overcooked. Overall, it was a good dining experience, and I'd recommend it for the pizza alone! --- Feel free to let me know if you’d like any more adjustments!
We shared a Caesar Salad, which was large and exceptional. We were glad we decided to split it because of its size. For our main course, we had the baked eggplant parmigiana, which arrived piping hot and was incredibly delicious. The restaurant is located off Columbus, but it's definitely worth the walk! I highly recommend it for anyone seeking great Italian food.
This is my favorite takeout spot for Italian. It's reminiscent of old school Italian restaurants in Northern New Jersey where I grew up. Affordable, delicious, and generous portions. I highly recommend and look forward to dining in person soon!
Amazingly good wood fired brick oven pizza. I have never tried any other dishes because the pizza is just that good. Can't help but get it every time. I live in Pleasant Hill and will drive to sf for no purpose other than to get their pizza. In the top 3 of best pizzas I ever had and am an 80's kid so have had my fair share of pizza. If you haven't tried it I suggest you do. Read an article saying they are looking to retire so trying to find the right owner to pass the torch. Wish I could afford to buy and fill those shoes for them.
