They were great. Good experience. Support staff and managers were very knowledgeable.

Ran out of their signature pork dish on a Saturday at 7pm, also ran out of the steak. Food was good but nothing extraordinary.

We enjoyed an excellent dinner in Trailblazer on Friday, 13 March. Probably because of coronavirus, the restaurant was not as busy as normal. We both had the multiple course tasting menu and enjoyed it very much. It is a very reasonable price to $65 everyone, with a wine pairing only $15. The several appetizers were excellent, like the main dishes. We were very full at the end of the meal. We had an excellent service for the whole meal. We will definitely return to this wonderful restaurant.
