First time trying food from this place and it was not what I expected. At 11:00 am I ordered carne asada (churrasco) as they call that dish, and at 11:05 the order was ready. They definitely do not take the time to make fresh food, it takes time but to reheat the food from a day before, you can feel in the flavor and presentation that it is only reheated from a day before and the ingredients are not fresh, they gave me a lemon already in bad condition from the previous day and the flavor tastes spoiled. They should sell fresh food made the same day. I didn't like trying food from several days old.
The food is okay at this place, but unfortunately, the customer service provided by those Hispanic girls is pretty bad. They take forever to have it ready(today, it took an full hour for a breakfast sandwich (which was supposed to be a bagel but they messed up and would not make anything to get it right) Then, they have an attitude and forget almost everything you ask them for. I called to let them know and the Guatemalan woman who pick up and stated was the manager was not only rude, but inefficient. Other places in that neighborhood have better food anyways. I won’t be returning to this joint.
I've been here about 8 or 9 times food is very good well seasoned not a long wait time I was very disappointed last week when I got my Auntentico Chapin plate and realized that there was a hair in my refried beans I'm guessing no hairnets where used
The food is excellent, BUT having had so much music in the world, they force their clients to listen to gospel music, I respect their tastes and beliefs, well RESPECT mine, that is fine for a chapel NOT for a restaurant or cafeteria. Vegetarian options: Yes, I think there is enough variety to invite someone who is vegetarian. Kid-friendliness: Don't know?
