The Hong Kong style is really authentic, and it’s even more delicious if you come here for a long time. It’s traditional and authentic, and it’s much more authentic than Hong Kong itself. The real focus of Hong Kong drinks is tea, and the tea they use is super good. This is the orthodox and traditional Hong Kong style tea drinking.
Request for tip with rude manner, yelling at me at hallways. Even didn’t ask “is there something wrong with service.” Just knocking his change board and yelling why left no tip. I was like??? Maybe he didn’t know what happened to me before but come on, you talk to me like that for tip? I said when I get in line for dine in, you guys skip me twice. Then he Stared at me with angry face. Skip twice even standing in front of you, waiting for a long time to get a table isn’t that a good reason enough to leave no tip? The women responsible for reservation at front desk was also not fine at all, When she finally didn’t skip you again after twice skip, customers show a long face and are impatient due to what her said and what her did. She was like don’t really care and when you turned around she started saying something behind you. Should leave right away if you find something make you uncomfortable there because what would happen might make you more unhappy. Furthermore, you guys treat customers like that if they don’t leave tip?

I went there for the wedding ceremony dinners. Their food was good, tasted me.
This restaurant is the main eatery place in Quan Tong Plaza, which has changed a lot and almost become a ghost town post pandemic. The restaurant is probably the last one standing. We were here for a fund raising dinner for the SG mayor election, so the dishes were preset. Their specialities are seafood, so we had many seafood dishes, including the following: Cold appetizer platter (jelly fish, roast duck, cold pork and cold squid). I really like the pork which has a jello texture from its skin. It’s a popular summer dish in Shanghai and a less greasy choice for pork. Shrimp and walnut. The flavors were excellent Tender filet mignon with black pepper and side veggies. Again, great flavors without overpowering soy glaze or sweetness. Cold chicken: another traditional Shanghai dish where the chicken meat is snappy and juicy with the skin on. Garnished with ginger and onion paste. It could gross some people out with the skin though. Lobster with ginger and garlic glass noodle. Probably one of the most expensive dishes on the table. Lobster meat is fresh, bouncy, easy to peel off. Glass noodle is soaked with ginger and garlic sauce. Yum! Bok Choy with garlic cloves: A great light veggie dish to clean the palette and make sure you get your vitamins Steam bass: Another one of my favorite dishes for the night. Lightly steamed and topped with grrrn onion, ginger and soy. The flesh is extremely tender and fresh. Make sure to try the meat near the bone and fin for the gelatinous texture which is great for your skin :p
