Golden Leaf - San Gabriel

We were so excited to eat here, but unfortunately was very disappointed. the positive this place is a good amount of food for the price they do. the bark soup had 6 large bark socks. that is likely where the positive stop. all components were there for good dishes, but the performance was very inadequate. that had no deep taste. oyster pancakes were heavy on the strength and the soße art of dirty sweet. for some inexplicable reasons do not use salate in pancakes and instead used. a green that would be used in hot pot. the duck was cut in a way in which each piece had small bone fragments in it. the bark noodle soup had no spicy note and the whole taste was derived from the hot oil. I would only recommend if they had only one huge demand for Taiwanese food and they could find another place.

This place is the one I always prefer. I go to a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The crew is very professional and the food they cook is so appetizing. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice dinner in this place. I highly recommend this place.

The food was tasty and reasonably priced. I purchased 4 dishes for $33.

This restaurant serves authentic Taiwanese cuisine! The braised dizziness and darm vermicelli are absolutely delicious! I would rate them 5 out of 5. The popcorn shrimp and oysters were okay, but I wish the oysters were fresher as they tasted a bit fishy.

I tried the pancakes and vermicelli at this restaurant and they were so delicious that I felt like I was back in Taiwan. The pancakes had a delicious filling, and I loved that they used krone daisy instead of Roman salad. The oysters were plump and fresh. The portion sizes were a bit small for the price, but that seems to be the trend in LA. The parking lot in front of the plaza is quite small and the spaces are tight, but they fill up quickly.
