Pizzeria Olafo - San Gil

Looks like a real Italian restaurant from the outside with red and white tablecloth. But no pasta and no wine. Just expect pizza and beer. But I have to admit, the pizza was pretty good.

We got half of what we ordered, but we were thankful it didn't all come. I ordered the Lasagna and my wife got a pizza. We got the pizza and I had a slice to tie me over. I never did get any Lasagna and finally asked and they said there was none coming. I ate the rest of my wife's pizza and we left. That was the weird part. Mostly do to a language barrier. The pizza was enough for both of us anyway. The place is very cute and small. The pizza was OK. I have certainly had worse. It's not very expensive. The restaurants that have staff that speak some English do much better than the one's that do not in San Gil. I liked Gringo Mikes the best. Ask for David, he speaks enough English to be very helpful.

Si la piden delgada queda una pizza inmejorable, la calidad de los productos es buena, lo único es que es algo demorado pero vale la pena.

It took forever the pizza we ordered (45 minutes) and it was ok, not great.
