El Pollo Loco - San Jacinto

Grande Bowl is good, fresh except the avocados. and filling. Toastada bowl was delicious, good portions of lettuce, chicken, etc. Cilantro salsa is the best! Churros crunchy warm and sweet 10/0 overall. Plus chips and salsa were good too

Everytime I order delivery I get 5 bites of chicken, this is ridiculous.the avocado is brown, there is a teaspoon of salsa I dont even see cheese.this is not double chicken. this is not $30 worth of food.

Have the salad as other El Pollo Locations give you and no dressing which is supposed to come with it. Chicken is dry and over cooked. My second order from this location and its just awful

Ordered a double chicken avocado salad... came with no avocados.. nice. At this point I just expect my order to messed up in some way using a 3rd party app

What's going on? Manger's just angry! Food quality is on the hill. Sloppy Burritos that are wet and taste terrible. Hard chicken, dark brown and almost black dried. When it returned to make it new excuse the new window type and said oh my! That's not true. I offered a drink and apologized. Manager jumped over him and throw eye puppets then screamed have a fantastic day off the distance!. Since the Hemet site soooooo is much more expensive with the great personnel problems and the angry management, we will not be there or here in San Jacinto our 4 times a week. There are many other chicken specialties restaurants in the city. Wow. Bye.
