Great cocktail selection, and we really enjoyed the duck, carnitas and especially the corn ribs!

Elegantly presented, and such flavorful food in a modern yet warm ambience. There is no other Mexican restaurant like this in or near San Jose! And it’s in a price range that makes it possible to come here often. The owner is very attentive to customers. A complete delight of a place!

Acopio stands out as a hidden gem I'm committed to both keeping as secret as possible and shouting about from the rooftops. The staff are all incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and creative. The food is absolutely top notch, and the experience make it feel like a special occasion every time.
