Angelou's Mexican Grill - San Jose

The taco salad was delicious! It was very fresh and a generous portion for the price. The horchata was also very fresh. I would definitely like to come back and get more!

I visited this restaurant with a friend last Friday and I was really impressed by how attentive the staff were. The food was excellent and well-priced. I ordered the chimichanga with Carnitas and it was so filling that I couldn't finish it. The staff checked in on us in the middle of our meal to ensure everything was going well, which I appreciated. The service was great and the food was exceptional. I definitely plan to return when I visit San Jose again.

The carnitas burrito at this restaurant is excellent. The flavors of the guacamole and carnitas complement each other perfectly. I would give this place 10 stars solely for the amazing flavors.

I ordered the tortakarne asada with a frozen chavela. every picky dollar worth. the asada was tender and tasteful. one of the best chavelas I had in san jose.

This place is clean, friendly and bomb! The home made salsas are so good! Both are highly recommended. There was also a homeless person that sat outside, I think the owner asked her to leave. 2 minutes later he came out with a bag of food and the homeless lady left. 2 thumbs up!
