We had the regular fries, which are more slices and they were good. We ate in and the food came quickly and was delivered to our table. Our server, Ryan, was friendly and helpful on menu choices.
The food is good, but I remember the menu being better during the grand opening. They have fewer patty options now and even less choice for the duo or trio meals. I really enjoyed being able to sample a variety back then. The prices are moderate for burgers—higher than In-N-Out but lower than Burger Lounge. They do serve excellent potato chips and onion rings. I would have given it 5 stars at the grand opening. The service is now better and faster, likely because the initial rush has passed, but I feel they've changed the menu too much. I also think the burgers are larger now.
I had one of the best vegetarian burgers in the South Bay. I really appreciated the automated cold drink dispenser that offered over 20 flavors of diet and no-calorie beverages. The ambiance was nice, and the owner and staff were incredibly humble and friendly.
I had a fantastic late lunch/early dinner at Burgerim SJ. Wow! The food was amazing—we tried the Burgerim fries, trio burger, sweet potato fries, chicken with garlic, and onion rings. We also indulged in the strawberry and cookies and cream milkshakes! The service was outstanding, and Ryan, who was at the front counter, was fantastic as well! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!
