This restaurant offers high-quality Vietnamese-inspired vegetarian food at affordable prices. The dishes I ordered, such as lemongrass meatballs, black bean tofu, pineapple tofu with fake beef, sweet and acidic chicken, and lemongrass chicken, were all delicious and flavorful. The portions were generous, especially the 32oz. containers for $9.25 each, making it a great deal. The restaurant offers a variety of options for vegetarians, including fake shrimps for $2 each. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for its great prices and tasty dishes. I would definitely return if it were closer to me. 5 stars for price and 3.5 stars for taste.
I'm not a vegetarian, but the food tasted so good that there was no difference in taste for someone like me who likes to eat meat. The Spicy Lemon Grass Chicken was what I ate, that was good, but not like real chicken, but I see that I eat again and the customer service is good, the food is fresh. Next visit, I'll try her Curry Chicken. Dilac Veg is on White Rd and Quimby Rd, but against Walgreens Pharmacy on Quimby.
Listened for a pot of tea blossom tea special, and had some Pho while I was in why not? The broth was delicious, and it had not only meat, but also tofu? the tea was also well served with mint so you can adjust the jasmine tea if you want. Typically, the flower tea is served in a clear glass pot, with a flower in it (here the name), but due to return orders, and the pots from East Asia sends the nice lady that all teas are served in a ceramic pot for today. It was still tasty, so I will not allow this effect. Only FYI will not give any clear pots. I ended my visit to go with a milk tea I tried the OG and it was delicious although we did not have the sweetness that it was not super sweet, and the tea had a good taste. It is served with Boba. Interesting thing about this shop they have a vegan style Boba? and the milk is not airy so no worries there.
They allow inside dining now. We got spring rolls, Bun Bo Hue, and Shrimp Meat Rice Noodle Soup (Hu Tieu My Tho Chay). Their food is delicious compared to other vegetarian restaurants I've been to. Their artichoke tea is bomb, too. The price is good, not too expensive considering the size of each portion. Excellent service as well. The owner and server are very nice and friendly. This is definitely the place where you can find your inner peace while enjoying your food.
