This restaurant used to be excellent, but they are now struggling to find competent employees. They were unable to fulfill several of my orders without informing me, and neglected to provide the pretzel and twist snacks that I specifically ordered, even though they were available in the display case.

1:00 p.m. packed inside upbeat service over phone confirmed matcha in stock. Parked in front parking shared with starbucks . Placed order through app(happy connection allowed order to be submitted)while still in car in-store counter clerk checked iforder received and confirmed I could have smoothie prepared thick . once drink was ready team member asked if I waiting formobile order wanted smoothie blended more perfect thick and cold. Kudos team upbeat tones glad open until 09:00 p.m. on Sundaynight labor day weekend.

Great staff, always patient as I try and remember everyone's orders! Always delicious smoothies, too

The food is now better prepared, and I'm grateful they no longer use those plastic tiffin boxes.
